Maison Seine is proud to welcome two new talents, including Gaelle le Bart who has practiced as a notary for thirteen years in leading Parisian law firms.

Specialised in wealth management, Gaëlle has assisted numerous families in the management of complex cases relating to both family law and real estate law.

Passionate about interior design and real estate, she decided to join the Maison Seine team in order to put all her knowledge and experience at the service of her new profession. 

She will be developing the areas of Asnières-sur-Seine, Bois-Colombes, Colombes and Courbevoie.

She is also a dynamic mother of three children and has been living in Asnières for more than 10 years. She has a large network in this city, which she is particularly fond of, and which she knows by heart and whose real estate industry is booming...

The notaries estimate that the sale prices of houses have soared by almost 10% over the last 12 months in this sector.
